If you decide for any reason that you are unhappy with the goods or services provided by Rock Stone Silk then we offer a no quibble returns policy.

For handmade, bespoke or individually designed items, the returns policy varies slightly and is agreed on an individual basis.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, absolutely.  

We partner with a number of postal and courier services to ensure that we have the most appropriate service for the destination of our goods.   

 

How do I return an item?

 

You send everything back to us, we process returns directly. Depending on where you are in the world, and what items you are returning, it will be necessary to provide you with personalised instructions.  

 

What is your returns policy?

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with goods or services, then not only are we happy to provide a full refund within the agreed time frame, we are willing to listen to how we could do better next time.

How do I track my order?

 

When you place your order you will receive confirmation of the order by email or text message, or both, if you request? You will be updated when the item is dispatched with a delivery date. For bespoke orders, you will be updated at every stage of the process, allowing you to prepare for your delivery

I cannot see what I am looking for. What can I do?

How can I contact your couriers?

 

This information will be provided when you place your order. However, you can contact us at anytime and we will gladly update you, contacting the courier on your behalf.   

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Delivery options are variable, they are dependant on where you are in the world. Local, national and international deliveries have different requirements, as do our goods.  

What do you do with my information?

Rest assured that we will never pass on your information to any third party.
